Trousdale Estates, originally designed as an ultramodern 60’s terraced community above Beverly Hills represents the quintessential iconic LA modern style. A significant rethinking of the home resulted in a luxury interior design concept, including a 2000 sq ft master suite, with an exquisitely appointed master bath, private spa with a private sitting room and office. Terrazzo floors installed in the interior space extend out to surround the pool, merging the interior with the exterior as one seamless space.
