Palate Restaurant

Vincent Jaquard designed a fanciful interior for Octavio Beccera, one of LA’s premier avant-garde chefs. The building is a deco period warehouse that has become LA’s finest wine storage facility on the floors above the restaurant and wine merchant. Vincent played with scale, resulting in an interior that makes a bold statement with industrial style, adding classic details that bring fun to the dining experience. We have been collaborating for many years and lighting this project was really a treat. The challenges were timing and a very limited budget. By using the simplest materials and all the right colors we pulled off a space that gets amazing reviews.
